Events of EFUCA

The European Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centres and Associations was among the partners of an event held in Bucharest the 21st of March 2018, dedicated to the International Day of Poetry, event organised by the EikonPublishing House. The musician Eugen Doga from the Republic of Moldova, considered a genius of music, included on the list of the twenty best and most frequently performed composers of the twentieth century, highly appreciated by UNESCO, was the special guest of this event, where poets of the young generation were invited to read fragments of their own poetry.
The other partners of this event were the Romanian Academy, the National Museum of Romanian Literature and DignitasFoundation and representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Mo ldova were also present. The public enjoyed the poetry moments, some of them performed in different European languages, and maestro Eugen Doga played the piano some of his memorable compositions.
