Cultural education plays a decisive role in building the young European generation; is the key to developing a society based on communication, exchange of ideas, values and tolerance. The museum - a nucleus of research and reflection, on the one hand, and a space for meetings and dialogue, on the other - preserves vestiges, thus mediating public access to the immaterial dimension of culture. Thus, artistic, spiritual and identity values are disseminated in society, especially among young people. Beyond scientific activities, European museums today have to face the new challenges of the market, as well as the growing and diverse cultural requirements. For these reasons, the “Casa Romanţei” Museum was built in Târgovişte in 2017, at the 50th edition of the National Romance Festival “Golden Chrysanthemum”. The museum operates under the auspices of the European Federation of Associations and Clubs for UNESCO and has successfully organized high-profile cultural events, honoring the program "House of Romance, Embassy of Culture in Targoviste", initiated by the Cultural Center for UNESCO Association Romance ». The artist Carmen Emanuela Popa donated to the opening of this citadel of Romanian music the work "Romance", stating that "art develops emotional intelligence, an essential factor in the deep assimilation of education." On the occasion of International Museum Day, we fondly remember the inauguration of this museum in the presence of the Honorary President of the World Federation of Associations and Clubs for UNESCO, Mr. George Christophides and Mrs. Kim Nam Hee - President of IWGP and Nanyuma Keita Association. In addition to the high guests, specialists in the field present at the festival, members of the juries, performers, international celebrities participated in the round table entitled "Romance for UNESCO World Heritage". It should be noted that the official procedures for inscribing ROMANIAN ROMANCE on the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization continue today, after the International Appeal for the Inclusion of Romance in the UNESCO World Heritage, Appeal that representatives of clubs in Europe and North America signed it on the occasion of the international conference "Youth and Museums" in 2018.
